plot taming … on hold!

…so after my mum’s valiant weeding efforts over Easter we made it back to the plot to plant our onion sets and sow some carrots.  That was weeks ago and after the downpours we’ve had I suspect they may well have drowned by now as we’ve not made it back since!  Never mind, E had a lovely time being walked around our patch, admiring Daddy’s hawthorn hacking handy work and meeting our allotment  neighbour Pat.

lynne – apparently his dad used to wink at people from his pram as a baby!

peggy – we love hand made knits and this one was passed on by a friend who’s little boy is now 3 – I’m sure we’ll blink and E will be that old toddling around the plot!

shaheen – he’s a very grinny baby but especially with smiley ladies

trevor – I’ll be interested to see how my seeds have fared too when I finally make it down there again! we certainly do (enjoy our lovely boy :o)

fennel and fern – I think vegging about is all we’ll be doing this year! Hey ho, always next year and we’ll have an extra, all be it tiny, pair of hands then

Hello, I’m a New Media specialist working for an advertising agency based in London. We are working with a new start up business, http://www.bakerdays.com who send personalised cakes for any occasion through your letter box. I was wondering if you would be interested in doing a review of one of their cakes. Let me know if this is something you would be interested in and I can sort out getting the cake to you.

    Hi Biddy
How lovely that you found me – I’d be delighted to review a Baker Days cake. So many to choose from on the site – a new baby cake would be most appropriate I’d say. I’ll email you my contact details. Let me know if you’d like me to recommend any other food bloggers as reviewers. cheerio, N x
